Responsibilities for Fabricator welder:

The responsibilities for the job of Fabricator welder are as following.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Select, clean, and prepare metal stock for fabrication
  • Cut and shape metal components using hand tools and machinery
  • Weld, bolt, or rivet metal sections together using appropriate techniques
  • Clean, polish, and file finished products to specification
  • Smooth and inspect welds using filing, grinding, or chemical solutions
  • Assemble steel structures on site following safety guidelines
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness and equipment functionality

Requirements for Fabricator welder:

The requirements for the job of Fabricator welder are as following.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a fabricator/welder in structural fabrication or general metal manufacturing
  • Proficient in reading engineering plans and technical drawings
  • Proven track record in adhering to health and safety standards
  • Must be eligible to pass a pre-employment drug test and medical check
  • No criminal convictions (mandatory)
